We can draft and review a variety of contracts for businesses and individuals, including incorporation, dissolution, buy/sell and merger agreements, contracts, and other documents.  The firm has experience representing companies in a variety of industries, including but not limited to retail, wholesale, manufacturing, environmental, construction, professional services, and trades.  We also assist executives negotiating employment contracts.

We handle a variety of land use cases.  We manage ejectment actions, when a land owner cannot evict a occupant or squatter because there is no lease.  We write and enforce various  easements, including drafting conservation easements for land conservancies.  We help with zoning challenges and variance petitions, including issues involving non-traditional pets.  We specialize in Private Road Act issues and assist homeowners associations with various matters.

We help clients address a variety of environmental legal issues, including before the Environmental Hearing Board and Pennsylvania's appellate courts.  We also counsel clients about various environmental issues before an enforcement action reaches agency review and assist clients navigate enforcement processes.  

Attorney Raiders has helped clients manage environmental problems for 35 years, specializing in air quality issues.   His practice is focused on air permitting, source testing, and related issues, especially in the chemical and electroplating industries.  He supports electroplaters around the United States with PFAS removal projects in plating systems and related site processes.  

Attorney Raiders helps clients navigate Pennsylvania appellate courts, having experience with cases before the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth, and Supreme Court.  He manages his own appeals as well as appeals referred to him by trial counsel.   

We provide support with estate planning, will writing, and estate administration. We also have experience in land use issues involving estates and trusts.  The firm also manages a variety of estate litigation before various Pennsylvania Orphans' Courts and New Jersey Chancery Courts.   He completes inheritance tax returns in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including out-of-state returns.
