 After 13 years as a lawyer and 35 years as an engineer, I bring a unique blend of experience and insight into a variety of legal and technical challenges facing companies and people.

On the legal side, I handle a variety of interesting land use issues:

· Ejectment actions when someone is occupying land without permission and will not leave. 

I manage a variety of business issues; formation to wind up and matters in between, including for several non-profit organizations. 

I specialize in estate litigation, especially concerning land use issues that arise in trusts and estates. I also support families navigating estate planning, will writing, and estate administration.

On the engineer side, I specialize in air quality and the electroplating industry. This includes companies that are escaping PFAS as a wetting agent, as well as the technical challenges associated with changing compliance methods. I also assist manufacturers and chemical companies with their air permits and other regulatory issues that may arise, as well as help address safety challenges that may emerge.
